Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I've tried to register my JTL copy at the register expansion screen, but when it tells you to put in the number on the back of your jewel case it says that it isn't a valid number...so i tried to put in my original SWG jewel case number and it says sorry but that account is already registered, whats the deal any help would be appreciated!
