I've completed the initial four missions in Mos Eisley. I don't see where I have to go for my next missions (to unlock the next tier). Dravis and Talon say nothing, as well as the person your email tells you to initially go see. Where is the info that points me to the next missions?

After you get 1/1/1/1 Dravis tells you to talk to Talon. You do the mission to Lok then you afterwards go talk to the girl sha....something, in the Lucky Despot in Eisley. I just did this about 20 minutes ago lol.

I can seem to do the Lok mission as the ship im supossed to inspect never shows up anyone know why?
