Guys please no 1 starring and also /sign...Sorosuub was the only reason I bought JtL cos I know I am a vet (big deal I know :S).

Claim it - not eligable?

Gameplay time - 306 days, same character, no cancelations.

Vet time calculated? - 132?

SORT THIS OUT.

So many people getting issues with this on all servers

Maybe I am being silly but it seems everyone had been typing in /claimVeteranAward instead of /claimVeteranReward on our server. Also, choose 180 day gift instead of 270 or 360 if you have that option. Other than that, everyone who was supposed to get itgot it...at least those I have asked and it's been a lot.

CSR responded and said their records show I have only played for 132 days.

DECEMBER 24th until now, I calculate 309 days!

fa long search through the forums it appears that too many veterans are getting 132 as their number!
