Thread: Ejecting in space is just plain silly
Eject? Yeah I have seen that 2 times. I still have not figured out how to use it. Even if I alt to the mouse mode and click it nothing that seems to be life saving happens. 2 times dead now. 1 of them was foolishly engaging more enemies then my finger twitch skill level, though I learned from that and much improved now, and the other was against a much more powerful NPC ship and neglected repairs nessisary to my confronting it. Guess that means I shouldn't neglect repairs between waypoints while a port is near.
Don't know how I managed to survive as long as I did when all my shiields and armor where trashed. Should have had that engain repaired, then I could have out manuvered that NPC even though his shielding and weapons was 20 times better then my own. 16 minutes of fighing, yet in 2 minutes shielding and amor is gone. Mommy, how did I servive the other 14 minutes when I started the fight at 54% engain? My best weapon is manuverability.
Well in any case, who ever helped me in the last 6 minutes of that fight, thx. We at least got him down to 50% or less shield. I bet you where glad the NPC was a mission that was soly focused on killing me.
