Turn your blueprints in to a chassis dealer (usually in the starport across from the space terms).
He will charge u a set amount for a ship chassis. The chassis will now be in your inventory. Generate it.
Go to the terminal and select the ship u want to use, select "manage".
You can then install all your componenets on your ship. There is a lot involved in it but keep this in mind. Be careful not to overload your reactor, if you do this the numbers will turn red. If the reactor is overloaded before after you launch then some components will not work.
Make sure and test out your ship after you get into space to make sure everything is working. Good Luck!
