How can I fire my secondary gun without a CO pilot. Can it be set to auto target like in the old
X-WING game?

No, you must have a "gunner" to fire the turret in the Y-wing. But, from what I understand a pilot can fire both guns in the Y-wing "Longprobe".

With the Standard Y-Wing, no it cant, the Y-Wing Longprobe is a one person ship, and you can control both weapons on it.

The Y-Wing's 2nd turret must have a gunner, the LongProbe is the single player fighter.
