I have a guildhall on Naboo and i'm the guildleader. I want to redeed it and put down a generic guildhall in it's place. Will this disrupt the guild at all? I don't want to have the hassle of getting everyone back into the guild.

Nope, shouldn't disband the guild. The only way to disband the guild is by choosing to do so at the terminal in the guild hall. There shouldn't be any problem at all with pulling the hall up.

Whats speed cap for master ls? and does the 12 pts of melee speed line from combat prowess count towards it?

+100, melee speed *DOES* help with all melee weapons including Lightsabers.

personally time would be better spent on lvl 8 reward shields. I think though the re bonus for lvl 10 is 6%?
