Hi, I'm like reallyyyy new to the whole artisan thing and am trying to go Chef, but like have absolutely no idea what I'm doing lol. Someone told me there was a macro you could use for grinding out xp ( I'd still be at the keyboard but my finger gets a bit tired from all the clicking! hehe) and I can't seem to find one anywhere. Maybe I'm missing it or something, but a little help would be greatly appreciated.

There should be one in the FAQ.
basically it does all the work for you except clicking the resources...so you still need to use your sniper finger on resources...

You get an XP bonus for mastering each Faction profession. So, after mastering your first Imperial profession, you'd get a bonus on subsequent pilot grinds.
So yes, you get your bonus.
