Sounds like a bug....although....wow! 30K weekly bill? I'm paying out 761K per week...and Its been as high as 900K+ before...Load up your treasury with some more creds and see if it corrects itself next week. Also, send in a CSR ticket and have them review the treasury to see why it didnt take your 10K, and just put you in the hole by 20K.

hey guys im not a WS but i am just wondering is krayt tissue only used in ranged weapons? and same with acklay (sp?) is it only used in melee

krayt tissues are only accepted in weapons that take a power handler...so basically, almost all of them...Acklay bones are only aceepted in blunt melee weapons, meaning only Power Hammers, Stun Batons and Gaderffi...no sharp ones like scythe, VK, etc.

I'm not sure if ormachek applies to surveying XP. The only thing I was aware of it not affecting was crafting, but surveying is sort of a weird gray area between combat and crafting. There is a food called chandad that gives a surveying bonus, though.

I think Ormachek should work. It apparently gives a bonus to every xp gain that shows up in system messages (weapon, combat, scout, pilot, etc), which does include surveying. I'd test it out, but I've been capped on survey xp for a while now. Crafting xp does not show up in system messages, so that might be why it's handled differently. Plus, crafting grinding is easy enough as it is without an additional bonus.

Chandad will boost your Sampling skill mod, which will give you more units per sample. I'm not sure if sample size is related to the xp gain, though.

I'm pretty sure the amount sampled does effect the xp gain, but I've been capped on survey xp for a long time too.

I believe Ormacheck (sp?) gives bonuses to non-crafting XP for a certain number of tries.

Not sure if it would be worth your while with the small numbers involved in surveying though. Best looking at the Chef forums/FAQ.

Well, depending on your server there may be a difference in when the phases shift over. But if you unlocked a branch in Phase 3, then this is what Phase 4 has to offer:

Phase IV:
* Combat Prowess: Ranged Speed
* Enhanced Reflexes: Melee Defense
* Heightened Senses: Healing
* Crafting Mastery: Repair

I would suggest looking at the top of this forum in the stickies. This is the guide that I found to be most helpful.

I doubt the xp food will help much, considering the already low xp yield. Won't be worth it.
