Yeah I was there about 10pm GMT and it was the same.
Odd seeing as at about 2pm it was jam packed, hence my earlier post about where to camp! I literally couldnt move for spawns there earlier.
All very strange!

MLS/Healer 4404/Enhancer seems to be the most balanced template ATM.

Here's the thing, there is no template that is considered the best all around. Many have very different thoughts, and it's really a personal choice. There are plenty of posts with lots of suggestions, but honestly you may very well end up wanting something completely different.
Here is what I would do.
First what the skills you o must have such as
MLS, 4XX4 Healer
Then Make a list of "would be nice" skills
Here you need to pick skills that you think are practical. Some think FA is pointless some swear by it , do your research and decide what you think. Maybe defender? Maybe powers? Do you like the concept of FR , or no? Do you want to heal other's? Do you want to be able to heal you own wounds? or maybe you want state defense? These skills serve a practical purpose to match your play style.
Finally waste a few skill points on what’s fun
Jedi should be fun don't feel bad about wasting a few, they may be practical, they may not be.
Now go to padawan.org, and play with it until you incorporate the most that you can, and you are left with your template. Until you are done grinding it and come out of hiding, you may not know if its right for u, but you can always tweak it later. Regrinding at least a few boxes is part of the process.
If you choose a double mastery you have 4 basic choice's, but it can be just as hard you just need to figure out your role.
For example, I am a dabbler, with only a single mastery, but I tend to play alone more than in a group, so the diversity is worth it, I cover all the bases with out excelling in any one. If you are a big group player some swear by master healer, your choice. Even If we told you a template, your not going to accept it until you have justified it in your own mind.
Good Luck

About the best help I've seen anyone give on the Jedi boards. Thumbs up.

Try taking missions to generate wildspawns. Thats what i have done the few times Endor have been deserted on Farstar.
