As an aside, , have you contacted any Architects on your server? Whenever I meet any Architect grinders, I either offer them free resources to make me structural mods and walls, or I buy finished walls from them.

You may also want to look in your data pad too, make sure the schematic is showing up in there, it's like the third tab in there. Usually it will show up in there. If it's not there, and it should be, submit a bug report.
As for not getting experience when crafting/grinding. 2 things come to mind.
1: You don't get exp for making a factory run on objects, if you do, it's like 10% or less of what you would get if you did it by hand.
2: Some people reach their exp cap quickly and don't realize it, and because of that, they stop getting exp all together, and for some odd reason once they train, it still doesn't return. For this I would submit a bug report, or, log off, COMPLETELY, and then log back in and see if it takes back off again. If not, you may have to wait for a server reset and see if it comes back to you. If neither of those work, make sure to do a complete scan before fully logging back into the game again, and check. If it STILL doesn't come back, log in a bug report then, you may want to make it an open ticket and try to reach a CSR through your holocron, and discuss it with them, they may have some insight as to what is causing the problem.

It is still doing it. I tried 3 more missions, had to abort all of them. Get to the WP, and when the track updates again, the mark the 3-5k away from me. This really blows.

I now have INV3. I have tried 5 missions, and have only been able to complete one of them. Everytime I send a seeker out(on track) it updates with a new WP every 20 sec or so(this I know is supposed to be normal). The problem I am having is this: I will get to the last wp and be standing on the WP, and then it will update to a possition 4k away. It keeps doing this until it says my mark is no longer on the planet.

I made my way over to kessel over on my server for starters...it was empty not a single player there and all the NPCs were Tier 5s who no matter how many of them id shoot at and destory... they wouldnt shoot back not that i complained the XP was nice, but are they supposed to just let me pound on them or is it just a glitch

Mission targets are tougher than non-mission targets of the same tier. As for Kessel Tier 5s, they will attack you on sight if they're not alreadyengaged in fights against other NPCs.

I'm master lightsaber, full template knight. I was killing Lord Nyax the other day and this rifleman started kill stealing him from me. He was using advanced strafe shot and hitting Nyax for over 4200 every single shot. I tried using all mind hits with 1h on one attempt, and wrath of kun with double bladed 2 other tries. He outdamaged me all 3 times. My crystals are all pretty good damage but that shouldn't make a huge difference I think. I left after the 3rd try since my buffs were fading soon but I was kinda disappointed.

If your on Tempest, yes its normal. The rifle the camper uses is exceptional or legendary or whatever. I think the max damage was like 1600? I could dig up the screenies that were in the auction if I looked.

There are quite a few people one many servers that have T-21's that can do about that much.

Yeah, now don't you wish you had spent all those hours roleplaying a good rifleman and amassing loot instead of grinding some crappy jedi knight?
