I have a question, if you retire as a pilot, can you unretire, and if you do get hired again, do you have to do all those missions again? Would you get the same amount of credits?
Yes but you have to do the missions!

Also, if you've mastered once, then retire, the subsequent times require less xp in Tiers 2 and 4.

I have a friend who is on his seventh ace (though he's taken a bit of a break with WoW recently after breaking 125 badges), and he's earning xp at QUADRUPLE the normal rate now.

I found getting residents to declare as much of a pain as getting them to vote! You have to first contact each and ask if they would declare, but then of course you have to decide whether you are going to charge taxes as they will immediately change their status and you could end up losing the city again.
I would recommend you and your old citizens russle up some prospective new citizens. Offer them a free house and assurance of no taxes. This is normally quite a crowd pleaser when a load of noobies hit the starport and dont know where to go, or what to do, next and offer them maybe some credits and advise on how to proceed. A noobies appreciation is often a valuable thing to have as they progress and look up to you as their mentor, but then of course can be a pain if they keep asking for stuff!
Either way its a gamble, but worth it as your city progresses.

I am a mayor of a kinda large city.
We just had our update. we were ready to place our shuttleport but there is to many on the server. It told me that we can not move up in rank. The question is this. with the new system does the city up date every week or do I have to wait 3 weeks? There is a couple citys on the brink of popping going under the 55 playes limit. So do I have to wait the 3 weeks if they do go under the 55 player limit or do I just have to wait 1 week like the old days? Please help me I really would lie to place a shuttleport to help traffic flow into the city..

on a similar kind of question, i just checked the city terminal because I thought we were supposed to update today and the timer is down to 0 but it says its waiting for the next server city pulse...how often do those occur?

Gah! I HATE those server pulses! Mine usually take between 5min and 3hours. That server pulse is responcible for pushing my city update forward in time to such a point that other cities are able to advance to new city levels and take away my hard earned city structures.

why is it that with my dark jedi knight cure poison costs 77 force instead of 75?
shouldn't knight lessen the cost rather than make it higher?
