I, too, have been ever so lucky as to recieve the holocron message: master SL. Not knowing anything about the prof. I came here to learn. I dont even know how to get SL XP.... can someone please help with some information on how to just do that: get SL XP?

Once you attain Novice Squad Leader your Squad Leadership Experience is calculated (roughly) on the following formula:

Combat XP Received*x # of people in the group you areleading** x 2 = SLXP.

For example, if you are leading a full group of 20 people/pets and receive 100 combat xp, you'll get 100x20x2=4000 slxp.

*Note that you have to receive combat xp, so people who's combat xp was capped, were unable to get any SLXP. The word is that this problem should be fixed in the 10/22 patch.

**Note that you have to be LEADING a group, if the number of people you are LEADING is >=1, you don't get SLXP.

The most common way to gather SLXP is to create as large a group as possible by adding all your guildmates and any pet you can get your hands on and ask them to help you get as much of the Combat XP as possible. (Fort Tusken is a popular place for this)

Good luck on your path to Jedi--the ability to lead a Squad is definately a trait of a good Jedi, but I'm sorry that your path is leading you through a horribly broken profession, hopefully it will be better BEFORE everyone (except the unfortunate holocron slave) gives up.

Build 10 Camps. Sit outside of ...oh, Coronet. In the South where traffic is heavy. Wait 15 minutes, rebuild new camp.

Once those 10 are used, craft more, and more... and more.

That's about the only way. Outside of getting groups of people to sit in the camp and lessening the time to 5 minutes or less. Group often, make friends, find big missions that require camping for recooperation.

Go get forget to clone with 125 wounds to primaries , pop up a camp and sit for 15 minutes.

or Group Up on a hard planet, everytime the group stops to rest up pop up a camp , the xp flys with groups of 5 or more.
