Go ahead and pick it up now. At Investigation 3 your mission payouts will increase and therefore your Investigation Experience per mission will be higher. This will in turn allow you to reach Investigation 4 much quicker. Also, let's not forget that at Investigation 3 you can hunt Jedi which will give you good amounts of experience per kill.

I am going for master BH and master rifleman....
I am a trans... I just found out that trans cant wear shoes or armor boots...
Is this going to came back to haunt me later in the game?
Another question... can trans wear armor gloves?

and it was due to the fact that Transdoshens (howeveryouspellit?) can't wear those 2 items if I remember correctly.

this is comeing from a non arcitecht, but when an architecht makes a building or something, does it get a lower mantinance rate if the architecht is better or materiels better, or is it always the same rate of maitenence?

I am currently a novice rifleman with a CL of 14.
Can I use the lightening rifle?
If no what is the highest level rifle i can use?

The lightning rifle is certed to novice bounty hunter I believe. Sorry, but at this point I think you are stuck with a spraystick!
