you know, i don't think i've ever seen a janta mission come up on the terminals yet. do you have to be in a group to get them? i usually only solo.

Janta Shamans will definetely need a group or some serious pettage.

There are lower level Jantas (scounts, hunters), and they will also probably require a group with at least one other. I think Janta Scouts payout approx 12-13k, which is just above a solo player's max level.

18k payout i think but it gets split as u are in solo group

you can get aakuan champion missions on talus with a solo grp from dant. get a solo from MO on dant then head to talus find a term and look for large aakuan champion bases.

they did nerf them. you get a cut of the mission divided by how many are in the group. 15 people / mission payout = what you get. Since no one else will be in range, the other people's division is nullified since they aren't in range.

If this isn't the case then please post otherwise. But this is what got nerfed about a month ago.

It's true. Your payout = mission payout / # people in the group at the time the mission was taken.

Grouping to take your missions, and then disbanding won't get you more money, so don't bother. The system calculates your earnings at mission completion when you take the mission and will only give you that much, even if the group size changes before the mission is completed.

And adding more people to your group after taking the mission won't cause you to lose money on your payout either for the same reason cited above.

so, since the new group mission revamp, whats a few good ways to make money with combat profs?

Go to kessels or something and get loot.

Then sell that loot to a SW. Most SWs will pay more than the chassis broker would.

I know I pay 1.5k per RE level

I know it's been a while since they nerfed solo missions but I just know started playing again and am wondering...

How is everyone who isn't a Chef/WS/AS making money?

Alot of people say looting stuff in space but that seems slow and I'm personally not a fan of space combat as you can't type and fight or eat/drink and fight at the same time as you don't lock on target as on the ground.

I also heard that if you're grouping with an ATST you can pull the higher paying missions.. Is that true? Because I'm rebel but am thinking of going Imperial just to get those missions.
