I don't always do what I think is right.... I usually do what I want, how I want, where I want, and whenever I want. I also like to know the consequence for what I'm doing also, which is why I'm asking this question.

There would be no consequence. At least I don't think there would be. You never signed an NDA so F**K that lol.

depends on how severe it is and where you found it. If it was an image hosting site like imagedump, then it would be a bad thing. I mean, if it showed unannounced ships then you would be in trouble. Depends on the content and where you found it. The least you could expect is to be banned from the forums.

Why would he get in trouble? He didn't agree to not share anything. And what would they do? All they would do is delete the post and give him a warning *IF* he actually did something wrong.

Signing onto the forums he agreed to it, read the TOS. They would delete it and he would get hit with the ban stick for about a week as a warning to not do it again, of course, it just depends on the content. If it only showing a few pics of like a yt-1300 floating in space or something then no big deal, they delete it and move on. If it shows a new ship then he would be hit with the ban stick. If its his first offense, just a week, maybe even a few days.
