In game. It's sucky I know but this is what SOE gives us to work with. Would you want someone posting a bug about weapons being able to take unlimited powerups and explanations how to do it? The devs would see... so would a thousand others.....

Load up TC, if its still an issue there report it on the TC bug thread. If its an exploit I would contact a CSR or PM a dev with it, last thing they want is endorsement of exploits on the forums.
