Was surfing the net when I came across this posted on some SWG related forum:
All that means is that some jedi commands are in the system.
Its still a scam and you still can't activate it yet.
There's no way with the state of this game tha they've got Jedi ready for activation yet.
They are just such an unimportant part of the game since there will only EVER be a handfull of them per server. They just aren't going to waste the resources when their game is majorly broke and unbalanced at implementing a jedi class.
They have the ability to spawn one in game with a few ooh's and aah's and thats it.
If you're playing the game just to be a jedi you're a fool and proof positive just how much a scam jedi's are.

Special Cases for Jedi and Bounty Hunters
The removal of TEF's will affect Jedi and Bounty hunters. Once a Bounty Hunter attacks a Jedi who he has a mission against, both the Bounty Hunter and the Jedi are forbidden from receiving a helpful action from any player. The Jedi and the Bounty Hunter can not be helped by anyone for the period of time after the attack begins.
I just wonder if mulitiple BHs can take the same mission

I looted a plus 25 melee def CA froma krayt ./flex, after equiping it qith my 4000 def i have the same melee def as a master def 
i have duled a few TK and other melee with this and belive me(until CU) this is an awesome advantage to melee bh. Just thought i would post to let ya know if you run into a few melee def it really pays off to have it. The TK i dueled was wearing a ls psg abd on steak, i stood toe to toe with kd food and just outlasted the food till they took dmg again.Kinda sad though its only for a short time till we all get nerfed to sin in CU with our block going down
