no according to garva they dont there supposed to but itsn ot in place and they wont do anything about it

On Intrepid forums, we have fun with our one-star bandits. 
One time, I challenged mine to go one-star all of my 1800+ posts. He never took me up on it. Also, we have a one-star bandit counter-strike force in place for when the OSB gets too froggy.

And that's when you revel in the fact that someone just wasted 3 to 4 hours of their life that they will never get back doing something so stupid and pointless.

Yep - and why I don't use the star rating system. If it wasn't for Til's post, I wouldn't even have put it on. I pretty much know who would bother one starring me, but I think I've reached the age where I really don't give a flying fig. LOL! Way too many things to do with my life than spend it battling people with no lives.
