FYI DO NOT just keep hitting submit...now i gotta contact them for "maximum attempts", AFTER the tsr tells us to keep trying YAY!!!

Fourth time finally gave it to me.

I dont know if this matters or not.
When I was getting that message I had caps lock on. I took caps lock off and it worked fine.
Or maybe I just got lucky
