Once you start putting high-level, custom equipment on your fighter, it starts changing the appearance of the ship.
That X-Wing has upgraded, high-level engines. If you're a rebel pilot and you get a hold of some, your X-Wing will have the same appearance.

Yeah, your post was so innocent that you felt the need to edit it out. You're real credible. You wanted no BS, so after you were corrected, you edited your post away. Don't be so sensitive. You accused those in marketing of screwing up to. What you said was a flame, even if you did include "I'm enjoying the game so far." Thats why I didn't attack you in my initial post.
And as far as the "real good point" remark is concerned: you're one to talk. You're initial post was about something you deemed an error by SOE when you didn't have your facts straight.
