The bank is a civic structure and thus dependent directly on the city size for its existence. So, if you drop rank, you will lose your bank.
However, Cantinas are private structures (like a house) so once placed, the only thing that matters is keeping maintenance in it. The city could disappear totally and the cantina would still remain. The only thing dependent is in the initial placement, but thereafter, think of it as a regular house.

I have a little extra skill points to use, and I want to have some pets. My question is, if I don't learn Empathy (Trick 1 skill) can other CH train my pets for Trick 1 so I can use it to help heal them from battles?

Thanks. Now I will just go 4/0/0/0 in CH so I can get the meanest creatures possible. I was worried that I would have to do 3/0/0/1. As you can see, I don't have that many skill points to spare, so I wanted to ge the most out of what I do have.

Ok, so are the skills you unlock through the village quest, going to be your Jedi skills? or are they just there because you have to get them. Like if i choose luck as one of my branches, does that count as a jedi skill, like force choke? or when i get padawan do i get a hole nother tree with my lightsaber defence/offence and force powerers or is what i choose at the village what i get?

Jedi has its own set of skills. As far as the skills you train from the Village, they can help out your jedi such as crafting experimentation will yield better results on LS crafts, etc.

ok, and to get crafting skill boxes i have to get crafting xp and convert that into FS xp right?

if i wanted to get off the bh terminals and wait 3 weeks to do it would the vis decay if i just dident bother logging my main in for the next 3 weeks and just play my alt ?? or does it only decay when your main guy is logged in ?

cool just have to log him in for like 5 mins then switch just to be safe 8)
