We're not "being nasty". It turns out that different architects have very different business models - some specialize in one thing, some focus on low price / high volume, some do a lot of consulting or decorating. So even on a server you will see prices all over the map. It is also the case that different servers have different economies, depending on their population and other factors. To further complicate the picture, there is such a limited market for city structures that most architects have very little history to go on in setting a price. So me telling you what I charge on Wanderhome really isn't going to help you estimate what your cost will be on your server.


The best advice is to post on your galaxy trade forum something like "WTB: Naboo City Hall" (or whatever type you need). That way architects on your server who are interested in selling you a city hall can respond.

if i have 100 med use, will i buff better than if i had 90 and the enhance pack only needed 89?

medium answer: It takes up experimentation points to bring the med use to 89, if you didn't need the med use so low, the points could be put towards charges or power instead.

The advantage ofhaving med use 100 instead of 90 doesn't have to do with med use it has to do with woundtreatment and wound treatment speed you get at the master title. Even with the best clothes, droid, bivoli, and brandyyou can'tbuff higher than a master doctor because of the skills he learned as a master doc. I know from experience
