1k xp in a crafting profession? I don't think any (well, maybe architect) would get those kind of numbers. Wastril bread gets you 73 in practice mode, that's the best you'll find in Novice Chef. At Entrees I and Mixology I are Stewed Gwouch and Deuterium Pyro, both of those give 105 in practice. Mixology II gives you the Ithorian Mist schematic, the best you'll find in Chef with 178 xp.
could trying buffing pets, or afk entertainers in coronet (if it works, never tried) most of them are afk for hours so they'll never notice ![]()
One thing I did, but is a bit shadey is buff people in the space port of cornett. I would wait either by the droid and buff people as the waited for the shuttle or buff them when they appeared.
I got 3 skill levels in on night. The only down side to this is you mind regen. So before you do this, you should get a focus and willpower buff from an entertainer and have at least 3 or more full sets of buffs ready to go.
all u need is 3 things:
1. some to tumble
2. a lot of stims
3. something to pass the time
just make a macro to heal the tumbling and go watch tv, play console anything other than SWG return and there u have it.
No, it's not a bit shady, it's a lot shady. It's called ninja-buffing and people really, really dislike it. It means that someone who's wanting a full MD or near MD level buff is now stuck with crap buffs. If you go this route and someone sees you doing it, you'll probably get some nasty tells, and deservedly so. It's one thing to ask someone if they'd like your low level buff, it's another thing to just put it on them without permission.
Now, as to help. Heal entertainers in a big cantina, like coronet. Try to get in group so you can watch stat bars. Have a medical droid. Watch for injured who come to cantina first to heal mind, send them a /tell that you'll heal their wounds if they'll step outside so you can get your droid out. If you're up to buffing level, offer them your buffs but make sure they know it's a low level buff if that's all it is. If you're in a Guild, offer to buff your Guild. When you get able to use better buff packs, you'll rack up the med xp with buffing. If you don't macro-grind your crafting, run crafting tools during slow times in the cantina. I personally never did the tumble-heal or pet-heal route, but that's an option as well. I just prefered to be more Doctor-ey in my xp'ing.
Ok first off I appologize for doing this becauseI hate when people do it on my prof's boards.
What is the most efficient way to go from novice artisan to master armoursmith? Which resources will I need, and in what quantity. Again, sorry for doing this but I would really appreciate any help.
