I have been in both the MP ships and they are very cool. Both are very different.
I can't wait to get an oppressor as well! Two seats is gonna be cool too!
The opressor has two seats?
Both the Opressor and the Y-wing are two seaters
1 person drives and 1 person is a gunner!
You sure on this? In Beta, it used to be the Aggressor and the Y-wing. I never tried flying the Aggressor or the Oppressor but I've never seen an Oppressor fire behind it while the Aggressor often does (i.e. has a turret for the second player to use).

Well I've flown an aggressor quite a bit lately (imp 4433) and I will definitely confirm that the AGGRESSOR has a turret that can be manned by a player. Whether the Oppressor also has one or not I cannot say.

Well, Slave 1 was a special contract (the Millennium Falcon of Firesprays), but the stock firespray is (or was?) supposed to be the Ford Crown Victoria of the Corporate Sector Police (and their Lawns?)

From the Starwars.com database regarding slave I:
Height:
21.5 meters long
Manufacturer:
Kuat Systems Engineering
Type:
pursuit vessel
Weapon:
Laser cannons, concealed projectile launchers, ion cannons, tractor beam
Affiliation:
Bounty Hunter
Associations:
Fett, Boba
Fett, Jango
The elliptical silhouette of the Slave I is the last thing any fugitive would want to see on her rear sensor display. The Slave I's sophisticated anti-detection gear and stealth package ensure that very few fugitives ever see their captor coming.
The Slave I has a distinctive shape making it instantly recognizable. Its large engine cluster dominates the lower section of the ship when docked, with the cabin resting atop it. Once airborne, the Slave I pivots 90 degrees, so that its base becomes its trailing edge and its top-mounted cockpit faces forward. The vessel is armed with numerous laser cannons, as well as concealed projectile launchers.
The battle-worn vessel was originally owned and piloted by Jango Fett, who passed on his impressive skills to his son, Boba. Boba Fett piloted the Slave I when he pursued the Millennium Falcon from the Anoat system to Bespin shortly after the Battle of Hoth.
For all its deadliness and stealth, the Slave I is an antiquated craft of a type rarely seen plying the modern spacelanes. Both Jango and Boba Fett staved off its obsolescence by constantly rebuilding, customizing and updating the ship's many features.
What began life as a Kuat Systems Engineering limited edition Firespray-class ship is now a dedicated pursuit craft worthy of the galaxy's best bounty hunter. Aside from its clearly visible twin blaster cannons, the ship also has numerous weapons hidden away. Concealed in its hull are a turret-mounted tractor beam projector, a pair of proton torpedo launchers, concussion missile tubes, and a powerful ion cannon.
After Fett's apparent death in the Sarlacc pit, the Alliance seized the Slave I and impounded it on the planet Grakouine. As the galaxy was busy turning itself inside out, transforming from Empire to New Republic, the Slave I was promptly forgotten. Using a variety of fronts, a clandestine Fett legally reclaimed the Slave I by purchasing it. As he was refitting the vessel, he used a sleek replacement ship that he dubbed the Slave II.

Nice try, but if you read the books, Boba's was Custom Made for him, it's not a Prototype. Isn't there a database at Lucasfilm with this stuff?
In the Bounty Hunter game by Lucas Arts, it is a prototype that Jango stole; he blew up the rest. Some books were thrown out the window when the prequels came around.
Awesome ships. I wish I could commandeer a Decimator for the Alliance! I personally don't care for the Nova.

What have you done to the Firespray????
Where did those extra fins on the "wings" come from? Why are the two new gun emplacements on the hull? Nooooooo!!!! My favourite vehicle in the whole SW universe, mutilated! It's like being promised a date with Padme Amidala, only to find out you're having dinner with Dr Evazan.
Why I oughta...!
(Seriously though, very excited about JTLS. Looks good so far. Good work fellas!)

TH, could you please please, suggest to the people doing your JTL web pages, to include labeled pictures of the variants of the privateer ships?I.E. Scyk (Light Hut Fighter, Style 1vs Style 2).Unless you guys make it so that the shipwright blueprints actually look like the ship they represent, there is currentlyZERO point of reference for people preparing to purchase ships when JTL goes live. At the very least please make it so shipwrights can point people to the website forreference.
I will look into getting this added.

TH, I noticed the on the sectors page the labels for Lok and Endor have finally been swapped. The problem now is when you click on Endor it displays the Lok description and when you click on Lok it displays the Endor description.
Almost there.
