WoW has 88 servers and people are already saying more then half those servers are ghost towns, they (Blizzard) is nerfing the game to hell and back and there are massive calls for nerfing of other classes, people being banned for exploiting, botting and cheating other players (banning for those reasons good though).
I heard that WoW launched with 22 servers and because the response to the game was greater than ever planned, that they had to create the other66 servers. Is this correct?

Yeah something like that, Blizzard supposedly asked some chains to pull copies of WoW off the shelf because they couldn't support more players. I think Blizzard really thought EQ2 would take a bigger chunk of their subscribers. But there are a lot of ex-EQ2 players in WoW already, because the game is...not so good.
also.. in major buildings such as in theed, or if they made multi story skyscrapers in corusant, the buildings should be habitable, rentable, and operational, to truly make cities... well.. cities..

That would be a deal breaker for me. The GCW is a core aspect of the game that was supposed to be fully intergrated at launch. I wouldn't pay one thin dime for a GCW expansion.

Rumor has it that it's the GCW Expansion. TH said in an interview something about the "Galactic Civil War Expansion"... but if he meant a true expansion like JtL or simply that it's just being expanded, who knows. Don't doubt the Devs on making something as crucial as the GCW into an expansion pack so they can make a few extra bucks.
I'm hoping the next expansion will have a few planets. And atmospheric flight. And loads of other stuff that I'm too lazy to list right now...

amuro0079 look at this address http://shop.gameplay.co.uk/webstore/productpage.asp?productcode=XB0205&title=star_wars_galaxiesstar wars galaxies for xbox released the 25 march 2005 in the uk have a look round game sites but to me that is proff enough a xbox version is on the way. sony may compeat with the xbox but the publisher of this game is lucas arts not sony, SOE only run the servers and keep the game going lucas arts has the say of were it is released.
That info listed at the website you provided is incorrect. Go to www.ign.com and do a search on 'galaxies', you'll see that both thePS2 and Xbox versions of the game have been long cancelled.

I don't blame them for cancelling, there is no way a console rpg can compete with the dynamics of a PC Rpg.
I don't know about that. Maybe the current generation of consoles. But I think it's a safe bet the the next generation will be more than capable of running a game like SWG, or some variation thereof. Imagine SWG with intergrated voice chat.
Meh, on second thought. I don't know how much I'd enjoy hearing a fourteen-year old l33t d00d's voice coming froma wookie.

When I got my copy of JtL, I noticed it said on the top "Expansion One", so that got me to thinking what would future expansion's hold?
I'm just going the obvious route and saying more planets to explore, with more character classes, weapons, loots, dungeons, etc.
Maybe some Episode III locations....

It was stated more than once and even in some of the magazine interviews and HOC chats that the combat upgrade/revamp would be as large scale as an expansion but would not be purchased. If you read the TEF and the GCW Base changes and meta game you could see that 2 seemingly small systems in the game are going to bring a major level of work to the table. These are just a couple examples of a very large system that is getting worked.
That being said I would almost rather pay 5 bucks to get it on a disk vs. downloading this patch even in small segments because it will probably be large as it is not all backend programming being done.
Another thing that you should also consider, for those of you that want fixes before expansions, combat and any system that relies on combat; (eg. weapons, armor, factions, spawn systems, etc.) is going to be completely rebuilt. Does this mean more bugs? Yes probably BUT the systems are so vast and touch on so many other systems you can probably count on the old bugs going away. New code for AT LEAST 40 percent of the game AND if the testers do their work it could get released pretty clean.
One last thing on kind of a rant point about beta testers...I just hope that vs. the JTL beta, that people actually concentrate on the task at hand and worry about what is already working and what is not and stop crying about what they would like to see. I found over 35,000 posts in one search about this upgrade. If you think the devs do not know what we want at this point you are what "WE" would like to call clueless. If your idea did/does not make it into this upgrade then it was on of the following; too dificult to impliment, not time effective on the release date, not actually as fair as it should be, or maybe even just a bad idea. Just accept that possibility and have a good time with it.
