When I was FS grinding, I didn't notice any difference in my Rifle Speed at all, and I wasn't Speed Capped.
When I grinding out Melee Speed, I noticed a difference in my Ranged Speed.
It was totally screwed up

ugh that's so lame. I'll probably grind out the melee speed and then they'll switch it again -_-
