jabba and the stormy:

if i wanted money, this is where i would have put my mouse... sure, they aren't useful, per se... but there are some hardcore collectors out there, with a TON of money... after everyone gets settled with their non-decay kits, i think these toys will be super rare... some crazy dude with a museum's gonna buy these at some insane prices... it'll make non-decay kits look cheap...

granted, that's only for a veeeerryy small group of people who actually decide to go for it, and only while before the rest of the crowd gets one-year old... but i guarantee, someone will get rich off of jabba...

me, i'm a bit more practical... i got what i want, so i have no need for money...

Am I sad for thinking that I'd use a 30k stack on making the best fishing poles ever?

For info I got mini X-wing and one of the terminals. Got a couple of months to wait for my anti decay kit. My own opinion is what's the point in selling these rare things - you can make credits any number of ways -I'd rather keep my toys

I've gone for the self powering kit, and the YT-1300 lounge chair

Much as I hate the idea, I'll probably take the anti-decay kit for the 12 month, but that's a way off yet.

I think the No Decay, No Power, and Resource stacks will be the most heavily traded items. If I see peopl trading Jabba for the Stormtrooper or something, I will laugh and laugh and laugh (as it means someone mispicked!)!!!

This was just a comment about the trade forums...

For the record I have 1 account over a year old (almost 2 actually) and an alt that is very close to a year. Between them I go:

  • R2

  • 3PO (why not?)

  • X-wing

  • Tie Fighter

  • Anti-decay kit thatI turned into 10 million credits (by far the most money I have ever had in my bank at one time)

Since my alt will be a year very soon, I will either get the resource stack (FOR SHAME!) or a little stormie.

Now I see the confusion...I was saying I was going to laugh at people who are trading the toys for other toys of the same level, meaning that the mispicked! I was not implying that all people were going to get the decay kits... my bad.

From what I've read on TC it is. Leastwise they said you can take your sabre out of the NDK and it'll return to normal 'decayable' status.

Whether the kit is still usable, I dunno yet.

Must admit, if you can switch it round from one item to another that makes is immeasurably more useful.

The Decay Kits are indeed removable, but Calandryll's posts have said you have to destroy the item to ge the kit back (mwahaha), and the kit is reusable after you have delete the item it was on.

The only way to get it back is to destroy the item it is on - but I would get confirmation before you try this!!!! I read it in Calandryll's (sp?) post about lightsabers.

Hey I picked Jabba on purpose!

Thats actually the truth because I have no use for the no decay thing for a while, eventually I plan on getting 2 of em(one from each acccount) and using it in a good chestplate and leggings for Shu, but i want to wait for the CU and see how it effects armor and stuff.
