Is posting here the best way for a player to take out a bounty on another player? Can any player post a bounty on the terminals? If no to both or either, then there is a significant gap in the system. Or am I not understanding the way the game works?

someone e-mail caius, he can have a friend DB him, take a screenshot, have a doc drag him 200m to a different backdrop, take another screen shot with a different player get a third player to stand over the body for the third million. then he can get a rez and lose no xp. 3m for about 2 minutes, not bad, even split 4 ways.

but seriously why post here? do you think bounty hunters are griefers or something? or can you just not kill this supposedly horrible PvPer yourself?

we'll then call it off, I can kill him np if I was a BH still thats not the question, I am unable to do it doto conflict of intrest, I dont want u to grief him, just kill him I thought u all were hired killers...I guess I was wrong; lol a BOUNTY HUNTER trying to shame me on killing a jedi , i'll do it myself
