Printers create paintings you can use for decoration.
Datadisk repair kits fix "corrupted datadisk" loot, and datapad housings allow you to create an empty datapad. Combining a repaired disk + datapad gets you a piece of in-game fiction to read.
IIRC, the "tracking device" is a component of one of the Village quests, but I don't know which one.
I had a link at one point to a site that described all the "combine loot" items (what's needed, what they make, etc), but I can't seem to track it down right now.

Do I need to have any points in the advertising line in order to show up on the bazaar?

no, vendors are automatically set to allow bazaar search when you start them. You only need advertising if you wish to be on themap.

great, thanks. and i guess if your on the bazaar, its no big deal if your not on the map....(just my opinion)

Actually, you'd be surprised at how many people don't use the bazaar search and still use the planetary map.

Just back after about 8 months. Switch to the TKM, M.Swords, 4000 Doc template. What is the best stim or healing compound I can use in combat?

Realize that to heal you do not need stims as you did precu. All prof can use stims. A typical stim D has a power of a bit over 1100.
With that said then with your template I would grab:
1. Some B. Jab Enhancers.
2. A med droid
3. Some BE Healing Eff. clothing.
Take a look at Mata's healing power guild stickied to get a feel for how much you will be able to heal.

food/chem factory for all mass-production of BE products. I don't think pets can be made in a factory, but all other products can be.

I returned to the game yesterday and started fiddling with mh BH after over a year . Was wondering if there are any current BH guides floating about or at least a list of spynet operatives. I'm trying to train my 4th box of inv and can't seem to find an operative. Thought there was one on the ship in Mos Esiely but it seems to have moved.

Use the one in Kadaara. He's by the cloner. Walk out of the starport, turn left, he's on your right hand side just before the cloner.
