I was in a cantina and I passed up a master Dancer and a Master Musitcian to watch a Novice Entertainer doing the Robot. I fell off my chair watching this wookie doing the Robot. Anyway, What skill do you need to have in order to do this?

LOL!

You get the funkadelic "Poplock" (the robot dance you saw) at Novice Dancer, which requires you to be at least 0/0/4/4 Entertainer with an additional 50k of dancing experience. The slightly smoother but still freaky "Poplock2" is awarded at Dance Knowledege 2, which requires a cumulative of 212,500 of dancing xp.

The Poplock dances are one of those things...you either love them or you hate them.

I guess I'm a freak. I don't love or hate poplock anymore than any other dance. I see them all as tools to be used when the time is right, and every dance has it's time.

Okay, so I half lied. I do hate those newer flourishes to poplock that make the dancer look more like a marionette being jerked around.

*blush* I love those... it looks like those jointed wood dancer toys more than a real puppet to me... 'Tess loves them even more than I do though.

Well to be honest...when I was a novice dancer slowly working my way up the trees, I hated Poplock. I wanted to do a pretty dance!

However, now that I'm a Master and I've seen just about as much Exotic4 as any one person can stand, I sort of appreciate the Poplocks. It's fun to do in a costume-coordinated group with bandflos. Looks pretty cool with a staff too (one of the few dances I think actually looks appropriate with such an accessory).

I actually dreamed about what our new flourishes might look like last night. Someone help me! LOL

Personally, I really enjoy Poplock. I know most of my Dancer friends disagree, but I like it quite alot. I love sining Styx's "Mr. Robato" while doing it. That usually gets a chuckle or two.

When does the second slot open? when you finish the trails so you can start the jedi knight fights?

Which bar on the ID branch gives more exp than the others so that it will help me finish faster cuz i wanna get master before may 11 (mini-publish)

Check out Kwee's image designer guide (http://swg.warcry.com/scripts/columns/view_columns.phtml?site=13&id=996#2.3%20What-you-can-do-when%20chart) for a list of what exp you get for each action. Unless you have a Twi'lek available to practice on, in general you'll probably just want to run facial up to 4 before anything else.
