I agree with him. Despite the fact that I love pets, droids would give the whole game a more starwarsy feeling.

I mean look at the movies... do you see more droids or more pets?

You are missing the point. He is actually saying pets have more use than droids right now. Anyone who truly believes that is smoking crack.

Pets are more used than droids, if we are talking about combat.

OnceI tried to use a droid.... I had to sent in my pet to save him from death

The post is over 7 months old!

Back then, the boards were swarmed with complaints over pets being *everywhere* (and they were).

Probots are just as strong as pets currently (they both suck in combat). Droids can carry things(huge), smuggle things,allow you to craft, go find resources, advertise for you, harvest things for you in a fight, allow healers to heal wounds. What can pets do?

Pets can autostore, warp away, disband, stop obeying to commands, ... oh no stop, this is not what I should have said

No but like said, this must have been posted when CH was owning the galaxy and pets where everywhere
