This is why I hate laptops....

Well it's not a Radeon family card. Your best bet would be to either call Tech Support or find the manual and see if it has the vid card listed. Or do what Lizard said above and let us know what the computer thinks the card is.

It's a laptop? Only 2-3 chipset's will work Nvidia 2 go , ATI mobility and one other I forget.

nvm just looked up

u said the card is an ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 ... god ummm... you might need a special class of radeon drivers for the laptop, let me see brb

ok, turns out i was right. mobile cards have a different set of drivers, and ATI doesnt offer them directly, thus, you need to pick out the model of ur laptop (what model the manufacturer names it) from this page:

Have you installed all the Windows updates? If not do so.

Download/install your sound/video card drivers

That should probably help/stop it.

after it says complete restart, do i have to click on it again after i restart or can i start my game as soon as it starts up?
