Also this:
We do not think the current holo-grind system of becoming a Jedi is healthy for the game, and we want it to stop as soon as possible.

Well, if you look at the history and the upcoming changes of all the classes, many of the other classes have been revamped, etc. But they refuse to touch BH except to nerf.

thinking about taking an extended vacation from swg. maybe for a month or so. right now im bored. and not sure what to do. Ive done almost every quest in game. been to almost every poi. have mastered almost every single profession. and unlocked after pub 9. now i could always retool my character but why? if my main become fs after 10 then if i do any crafting profession its credits and resources wasted. cause ill have to grind it out again. any combat profession time wasted cause ill end up dropping them when i finally get to use my force sensitivities.
so really im not sure what to do right now. and im extremely bored. I used to the grind and always having that new mountain to climb. new goals to meet. new things to do and new profession to do those things with. if it wasnt for the unknowing of the fscs id be fine. if i knew my main wouldnt be jedi id go do the professions ive wanted to do and enjoy that, but i dont want to waste the time and resources to do it all over again if i have to make a second char that isnt fs.
i read the boards every night before i head out to work and in the morning when i get home. hoping there will be some news any news. if we can go to tc and test the new system. at least that would be a distraction from the boredom im suffering right now. but we dont even know when its gonna hit tc. and then when itll go live. i was the first to make fun of the village name the day the statement was released. but it is a cool idea nonetheless at least it put an end to the hologrind witch was one of the worse experiences ive ever had in a mmorpg.
so i am unsure of what im gonna do. maybe a break would be good. read a cpl books. who knows. maybe ill just suck it up and drive on like ive been doing since the day i started.

You will waste 24 sps in force sensitive skills and 8 points on Novice Lightsabre. So, you have 218 points to spend. Make yourself a defensive template including Fencer/TKA/Medic, you will need it A LOT.
Either do it now, or later, but before publish 10.
And, go hunt some high level Mobs for crystals. I have over 60 crystals with 5-6 usable ones.

well ive remastered cm because its one of the most fun skills i ever did. and hunting nightsisters is so easy with cm poison and disease. and ive been doing rifleman. but may just drop that and do tk. tk was fun i just hated the melee unarmed grinding. was so slow. would fencer work just as well thats the only melee skill i didnt do.

aah Burnout - we've all been there. Best thing I find is to take a few weeks out from the game. Just make sure to tell your friends first so they don't think you've quit without saying goodbye.
When you come back you'll be fresh and ready to power level your new Jedi

The meditate line TKA 4000 imo is the single most useful skill leveling with my jedi, Force of will has saved me countless times, and i use meditate and powerboost all day long. Even beat a solo bh using just tkm. And for the lazy jedi meditate 4 heals those pesky wounds, what more could you ask for? Imo the meditate line justifies me mastering TKM in the first place.

Best thing to do sometimes is just take a week off. I've had to do it a couple of times. Each time I took a break, I came back with renewed vigor. I then realized, even through all the complaining and bugs, that I was actually having fun all along.
By reading some of the folks on these boards, you wonder if they are having any fun at all.

Ya know what its pointless really...I edited this thread...you jedi are the ones that make the rest look bad. You dont even take time to listen to someone elses thought or side. As long as YOUR game is fine you are ok. You people really have no idea at all. Please Continue to ruin my and everyone elses gaming experiance. God forbid we make the jedi unhappy.

Praising Devs usually incites flames.
This is most likely why it was deleted.
