+15 is a modifier to you base stats. Calculations are run against your base stats, modifiers, specials, etc to determine your final damage, speed, etc. Do some searching through the boards and you will find the exact calculations.

We need to start getting people posting on the forums. It is the only way the devs will understand that something is wrong with the game and get it fixed.
They say not many people are unhappy, they say that because everyone is playing the game rather than posting about problems.
We need to drastically increase the % of posters on this forum or they will continue to take forever to fix the problems.

there is only one way to train pilot and that is geting all 4 teir1 boxes then all 4 teir 2 boxes and so on you cant just do somthing like 0400 to get a teir 4 box you would need ti like 3433 most people say get the equipment level box for the teir your doing first then you can get a bit more fire power till the second box on that line.

Where can i learn the Imperial Pilot Initiate skills ?
