I have heard a "thunder" type noise also when I have unlocked certain skills, and no it was not raining lol ....I am curious as to what exactly that means too because it does not happen after every skill, i would say it has happened to me about 5 times now.

I am frustrated, I have tried to figure this out....

How do I get tissue cloth from factory crates to stack stats? I have tried double clicking on crate, dragging crate over and pulling items out and inserting them sepertately. So how do I take 2 + Wound Treatment 7s to make a piece of clothing with +14?

The other question I have is what are tapes and how are they used? Do they have different stats? Is a tape with defense vs stun 1 any good?

The more I read, the more confuzzled I get.

To stack buffs, you need separate ingredient slots that both require synth cloth, not one slot that requires 2 or more identical cloths. One example, I think, is the pocketed shorts that have 2 or 3 slots that require 1 synth cloth. They can also be two or more slots that require identical components. An example of this would be the wooly shirt which has two slots that each take 3 identical synth cloths. It's more expensive to do this, but this will also stack.Keep in mind that the max on stacking is +25 for one item. You can also use this to stack different buffs on the same item. The pocketed shorts could have med healing and creature taming both.Camo pants can stack one synth cloth buff with one RFP buff such as med healing and antibleed.

Skill tapes are clothing enhancements that give buffs to clothes after they have been made. They go into available sockets which you may notice is one of the stats on clothes. It's why some people want clothing items with the maximum number of sockets available (4) so that they have the option to add as many skill tapes to them as they can - or at least to have the option of adding them. Only a tailor can add BioEngineered synth cloths or RFP's to clothes when they make them, but anyone can add a skill tape to clothes if there is a socket available - it's just a drag and drop process like adding a powerup to a weapon. As far as how good is +1 stun defense? Probably not too much considering that one BE enhanced RFP can have +15 or +16 (maybe even +17) stun defense, but if someone wanted to max this buff, I'm sure they would want it. Hope that helps. By the way you might want to include more information in your title on what kind of help you're looking for to get help faster in the future.

What would an extrusive ore with mostly all 950 stats except for a 550 or so stat on mal be worth??

Also......anyone know an average going rate for BER 12/13 Mineral harvesters?? I just made my first couple and curious what to sell them for as I'm flat broke hehe.

characters like luke leia etc are part of the factional theme parks IE: the emporers retreat or the last part of the rebel theme park for loot

http://www.towpc.com/swg/ has a break down of each theme park. Those should be good starts for you

If there's a glut of great ores spawning, you should probably wait till they're rare again. Also how much you charge might depend on how much you have. If you have just a few k, charging a high amount will probably not net you a sale.

I've been playing this game for a while and now that I'm at pretty much where I want to be there doesn't seem to be anything to do. Now the question I have is this:

I'm a Master CH (with Rancor for a pet) and Commando 3/0/4/0

I was wondering what is a good place to go that is fun, challenging, and rewarding. Could someone please help me out?

To another game...lol, sorry, couldn't resist that one

Well, sad fact of SWG is that once you've reached master the fun level severly drops, pretty much all you can do is PvP or the new dungeons they add in now, that's my main "fun."

If you haven't done the themeparks you could do those, sadly I've done them all so I don't have that to do anymore. But basically the "monthly" (more like every 5 months) story arcs, the new dungeons, or PvP is your main thing for content once you're master.

When I'm bored I go looting. Then I sell all the cool stuff and make millions..

Unfortunately you're not going to do to well at that with just Commando, even as a master. Either drop CH or learn Marksman or a melee profession.

Then try any of these places.

Nightsister Stronghold

Nightsister Forced Labour Camp

Imperal or Rebel Bases

Geonosian Caves

Aakuan Caves

Fort Tusken

It's still fun running around killing things, so long as you're getting nice loot.

Or even start a hunting party and help some noobs out. I quit about 4 months ago and have been back for about a month myself.

I quit because I was bored and frustrated with the state of the game. Maybe a vacation will help?

The game is really what you make of it.
