Nope, the spider fangs are enhancements for the projectile feed mechanism and the scatter uses blaster power handlers. But you can use the projectile pistol barrels from the theme parks.

Dont know actually, alot of the pistols dont have certs even though you can use them ( geo pistol, featherweight fwg5 )
Where do you get the schematic for it too?

The cert is at Master. The schematic and the required barrel component are looted in the Death Watch bunker. (Currently there is an issue that the barrels seem to have stats, but they are hidden). It is energy damage AP1. The average speed is around 3.7, I'm not sure about the damage, really high for a pistol.
And it's designed to fit in with the combat balance, so if you think it's kind of disapointing, keep that in mind.

Hi, I'm thinking about getting into the ranger profession. I know it isn't worth the skill points much at all, but it just seems fun to me. Anyways, how much does master ranger add to your tracking ability after you have gone up the whole tracking line? (Field Bioescense?) Does it make a big impact or is not really needed. Thanks guys, and hopefully I'll be joining the ranks soon.

I cant recall whether there is a little extra range from Master Ranger compared to Tracking IV, but essentially Tracking IV gives you everything that you need, q.v. list with compass directions and distance of all animals, npcs or players within 500m.

I was wondering what galaxy you travel in. For some reason your name looks familiar to me. But if you are in the Tempest Galaxy look me up, be glad to help.

Anyone can pay maintenance, not just you. Go into the small chamber on your left as you enter your City Hall. There is a terminal there. One of the options is deposit to treasury. Teach your people to do this as you will rely on voluntary contributions for a looooong time.
