gotta remember that the bases are cycled each phase3. The ones in the stickies are not the same ones as they were. I'd say goto the 3 closest wp's to the village, if phy isn't one of those don't bother.
most have the right coordinates, some of them have the names wrong..but by checking the surveillance droids outside you can check to see which base it is.

Zion you mis-understand me, i don't "blame" the devs for anything. I fully understand why they make the choices and why the things take place in the time frame they do.
The fact is, these things take time. With so much to work through, being more forceful like you suggest is really peeing into the wind. It doesn't put those problem to the top of the pile. All problems are vetted and rated by the QA's, passed on to devs for work, then pushed to TC. Sometimes that process can literally take months for just 1 problem, so multiply that by the 100's and no number of forum posts will make one problem take precident over others, unless it is truely game breaking.
Also keep in mind what may seem "minor" problems are most likely much more complicated than we could even comprehend. With such a interlinked system, changes to even the smallest thing can result in major changes some where else.
Like i say, there is really nothing more anyone can do than what has been done. Doing anything else just isn't effective and a waste of time and energy.
The point Higginsis is trying to make, is that all of those changes you cited were part of the normal development cycles. They had nothing to do with community action. Trying to revise your history and make one doesn't cut it.
BH terminals- in the CU beta it was made clear that a known issue was that many terminal missions would be broken, and would all be on the list for fixes in turn. The scope of the BH terminal mission fix was actually a surprise to the community as I recall, since they were most often just asking for missions to spawn correctly leveled mobs. No extensive loot table changes, nothing regarding elites, none of it. I know this because I was in the CU beta, and I had an alt grinding BH when the terminal changes came out.
DEs and Entertainers- make up your mind, are you talking about droids, or are you talking about props? the two things are more than a year apart in their introduction. Neither the DE nor the Entertainer community asked for what they got, and in reality there was some resentment about the usability of the interfaces, and the fact that they "just looked good" I know this as a longtime DE who was there throughout the revamp process.
It's not just wookies, I am a trando and am concerned that there may be some reward or good item that falls into the category of gloves or boots which I would not be able to wear.
