Anyone tell me how to program a droid to advertise. My droid has the chip but will not show any info on how.

Cant really help ya there. Pick up novice artisan, and grab survey tools and start lookin. Find the spot you want and plant your harvestors.
Master doc, and any combat profession leaves you with 18 skill points, not much. I end up dropping scout for artisan when I need to survey, then pick up scout again for hunting. Heck, I have picked up entertainer for field mind healing under dire circumstances.

Resources vary per server. The resources shift every so often (7-15 days, typical) so there's no ONE spot to put your harvesters. You'll be moving them regularly.
If you have Novice Artisan, you can survey for resources yourself, which is the easiest way of finding good locations.
Obviously, some resources just aren't worth collecting. To help you decide which resources to collect, use this handy Resource Filterwhich Agent001 graciously provided for us. It searches all the resources listed on SWGCraft and lists only those which are useful for Doctors and Combat Medics. Have a look ... you'll be happy you did.

how do i get rid of the email saying i sponser someone. so it just emails i accept

If I understand what you're asking, there is not a way to stop the leader of the guild from getting the Sponsor emails as well as the Accepted emails (Like everyone in the guild gets). The reasoning behind that almost every guild has different techniques of recruiting and some would allow anyone to sponsor and some anyone to accept. If they let some people sponsor, but not accept, how would the guild leader know someone was sponsored? The person would have to email the guild leader and let them know so they could accept the person or decline them. The sponsor email is basically saving people that trouble by letting the guild leader know when someone is sponsored, who sponsored them, and the persons name.
Although, I'm sure it couldn't hurt to add this request to turn it off to our list of ideas for guild management features. You might want to post on Jas' thread for suggestions. I'm sure she'll add it because you're probably not the only person who would like to be able to do this.

i am not being given the option to repair my ship even after it was blown up i tryed at yavin 4 then i reloged i was on naboo so i tryed there still did't work
my armour is at zero but the hitpoints on my armour is full
help?

Either go to a starport and have repair kits in your inventory and double click on em or try the repair option at a spacestation.
