600 divided by 60 comes down to 10cpu there

Master shipwright here. I sell my X-Wings for 600k and that's more then reasonable. XWings take 60k units of resources. Decent resources sell for 4-5+ cpu. Also, don't forget SWs must hand craft all chassis and components.
The reason why a lot of people are selling chassis cheaply is because they are grinding to master SW by crafting them. Just wait a week or two when all the SWs are masters and you'll see chassis priced about...
basic 50k
tier 1 150k
tier 2 300k
tier 3 600k

Got a shipwright in our town, he takes 2.5 cpu for a ship (we told him to increase it from 2 cpu) - good quality stuff he uses tho

On Flurry, a reasonable price for a 99k mass, 1900 hp X-wing seems to be $250k (though some gouge at $600k). I've decided I'll pay $100k/level basically, maybe more for a B-wing, but that's it. No more than $400k for an A-wing, even if I have to go w/o for a bit

MajorReb, I would buy neither and wait for a better to show up or find a better shipwright
/agree Rebel ships seem to be far superior to Imps ships, DEVS GIVE IMPS A FIGHTING CHANCE
I think they already did.... I'm out there blowing up Interceptors and Bombers that have shields... they're not supposed to have shields!

Just reading over the posts & one thing I've noticed is that all the ships HP seem on the low side considering the amount of damage that the blasters can do. I understand that when you put it all together it adds up, but on a per piece basis things seem a bit unbalanced. Anyone else want to chime in on this..either one way or the other?
My .02...now where's my change?

A ship does decay - everytime you press the "Eject" option, your ship will decay with 20 points - it may take a while, but everytime em NPCs or players get smart and kill your reactor, your praticly dead.... if not completely dead...

There's a LOT of ship decay. Everytime you repair (either after blowing up or taking damage), the max HP for the component / chassis goes down by 10%.

Damn... didn't know that. Haven't been blown up yet, but I have had to make a few repairs. I need to get some stronger shields, damnit!

Always have the best shield generator you can carry in your ship.
