Well I am looking at it this way. Even if you found out what exact resources were going to be used (I'm talking about named ones here), they could be changed before live. So here is my take on it. Out of the novice box (and most likely all the way up the tree) there will be someting to craft out of the basic resource types (like metal, ore, chemical). Stock up on lots of these, and you will definatly have something to grind with. After that you can worry about the other stuff.

i dunno if its the same resrouces what kind of resouces and what stats matter but there is a rumor that its only oq

Not in beta so I dont know for certain. Based off of other craftable items I am guessing you want to stock up on lots of steel, copper ( look at all the electric stuff, it all takes copper which makes sense it being a highly conuctive metal), reactive gas (once again look at generators and such, take reactive gas to make those), possibly some chem like lube oil, aluminum, and ore would probably be a good bet too.
