Thread: Bombers Controlls STINK!

I can infer the meaning out of "capitol ship", sure, just like I can infer the meaning of "should of". But the thing is, you have to know the correct form of the term/phrase whatever, before you can infer, otherwise you are not inferring but being misled. I've seentoo many occurrences of "capitol ship" in the forums here.
BTW, a lot of grammatically incorrectstuffis actually acceptable in informal writings and conversations.

'Cept'n wh'never yer talkin' and it ain't what folks is use'ta, cain't be nuthin harder'n tryin'ta unnerstan' some buddy's idears 'n' thoughts.
And your examples of "informal" talk is more like "gangsta lean" than informal.
Please return to your regularly scheduled thread.
1) Your best cornering rate is going to be at roughly 1/3 of your maximum throttle, so slow down to turn.
2) You need an engine with a good YPR. This is more important than top speed, since your top speed will suck no matter what.
3) Get a booster that has a high max increase and a quick recharge time. You'll likely be using this thing to get out of trouble or give yourself a quick speed jolt to escape enemy fire from turrets.
4) Use the Mass, Luke! You can load some heavy armor and shields into one of those ships. Do so.
5) Jousting is your friend. You can easily win a joust against a lighter ship with your heavy shields and guns.
6) Engine Override and Shield Reinforcement will turn you into a beast. Make sure you have them installed as programs.
7) Get a high recharge capacitor. You may miss more often due to being out cornered, so you will want to lay down lots of supressive fire.
8) Learn to use roll to your advantage. Once you begin cornering in a given direction, it takes a long time to switch to a new cornering direction, because you have to decelerate your current yaw/pitch before accelerating into a new one. However, if you simply roll your ship so that your current yaw/pitch now leads you in the proper direction, you can corner much more efficiently. Rolling is the trick to keeping a slow ship on the tail of a fast ship, hands down.

You just made me laugh.
Informal as in:
"who are you talking to" vs "whom are you talking to"
"you got that?" vs "have you got that?"
"you okay?" vs "are you okay?"
You have went from a Fighter (Keyword in this FIGHT) to a Bomber. Bombers are assault craft. Think B-17. Its a Fine craft with a Escort team if your going against some Big Craft. Get used to it and Use it as a Bomber with friends as a escort team and I think youll find a new respect for it.
