Ok, Leaph,Attacaand my fellow pilots:

If Jedi get force powers in space, can I have free reign to use E3 on em without hearing it from ya?

Or maybe implement the cloaking technology to fit in my big arse Krayt?

I KNOW!!! I will grind jedi, get force awareness to sense where my targets are, engage my cloaking technology (whining as much as the jedi I will be, they can't ignore me wanting cloak tech), and blow up my opponent with EP3.

MWAHAHAHAHAHA.

Ok, seriously, no force powers in space.

If they get powers in space, I'll hang up my A-wing, go Freelance, get a Vaksai or JSF and show the pilot community my absolute full potential. People say I'm amazing at pvp with an A-wing....just let me show you what I can do with a more mass, more agile ship and an 'I win' button....

Don't add Jedi powers to space. It won't be pretty...for them.

No, but every couple weeks some jedi wanders onto this or the Pilot forum claiming they deserve special powers in space. If they'd only look up the other multipage flamefests (the really good ones are in the Pilot forum) they'd leave quietly and never mention it again. We hates them, we do!

I don't hate jedi. I mean, I have friends who're Jedi but it doesn't take a genius to notice that on the whole, they're the profession who have the most whiners and l337 d00d3z. Those are the ones who annoy me. Those who don't have a clue about the space part of the game, often call us pilots 'no factors' and additionally have the cheek to make ridiculous suggestions in order to make space even more easier than it already is (as if JSFs, easy access to QIDs and even better crafted gear is hard these days) really get on my nerves. The people where if it can't be defeated at a simple wave of a glow rod, it needs to be changed in some way.

This Jedi 1337 d00d3z thinks the only Jedi skill a pilot needs is force run. Gets me back and forth from my house to space to dump my loot much quicker.

Considering the timeline that SWG is SUPPOSED to take place in, Jedi powers should be left out of space. Besides, considering thatLukenearly gotblased out of space and Vaderdidn't senseHan Solo sneaking up on him would indicate that Jedi powers would be of little use out there anyway.

If the SWG took place 50 years earlier, then I would have no problem with Jedi all over the place, but this is not appropriate for SWG. In my opinion the Jedi timeline and the Episode 4-6 timelines should be separated. Maybe a new server that is Jedi free should be made, then people could choose where they want to be and everyone would be happy.

I think that'd be good too.

the only skill jedi should get is a little message saying there are hostiles in the area. JTL from the game point of view is hardware, jedi did not have the ablility to modify there ship parts to make them better, they had the same ship equipment and droid commads as the rest of the pilots ( obi-won is a good example, in episode 3 i beleave his ship was nothing more then a pile of junk when it hit the hanger bay, he disliked flying cause he could not have any advantage in flight, no saber block andno force run ) so give the Jedi all there powers in space, will that help them, i don't think so, light up that saber in the cockpit of a x-wing and see what happens. its a simple fact Jedi pilot skills are just that pilot skills, if you want jedi reflexes and all that stuff them i'm afrade you will need to log many hours in JTL and work on your skills as a pilot and not come here and demand you get better stuff because you are jedi.

to recap, give jedi all there powers in space, it will do them no good as pilot skills are just that, you aren't born a pilot you become one. its a skill like everything else. only piloting is not and xp based skill itsone you actuley have to put more time in once youget master.

i'd still love to see the uber jedi spark up that saber and try and block a mark III space bomb

Not to mention he was about to blast his son out of space.

Generally, not a time you are looking for someone to "pop" into space right behind you lighting up your shields.

Which brings to mind something.

that kind of hyperspace jumping is difficult for large crews of star destroyers and you expect Han and Chewie to do it in a broken down falling apart frieghter? HAHAAHAHAHAHAH.

whatever.

So much for a Smuggler revamp, maybe they should just rename us, it would take less time and be easy to do.
"Useless" would be my first choice as a name suggestion.

of course at this point there is no reason to revamp anything. SOE should just shut the game off.
