It looks like start of the quest-based system the pilots get in JtL. You'll probably do different quests for your faction on each of those planets and after you do all of them (four quests, for example) you'll get a badge. Like if you do all the Rebel Pilot quests for some NPC on Tatooine, you'll get that badge. Kind of like a cluster of mini themeparks.
But that's just my guess.

the new ones (other than the race) dont have that.
like i said before, dont worry about it, all will become clear when the divulge the profession info on SW and pilots.
It's confirmed on Test Center by many.
