Not really sure if this question has been answered somewhere or not. I haven't been able to find anything about it, so I apologize if this has been answered elsewhere.
Will JTL be strictly PvP, or will there be PvE content as well?

Hey man,
The answer to your question is that there will be both PvE and PvP content. PvP will be made mostly up of GCW stuff. PvE will involve GCW content, such as Star Destroyer raids and fighting Imperial Aces, etc. and also of space pirates and that like. There has been no specific word for anything such as space monsters, etc. though I really doubt that that will be included.
