There is no "RULE" I am an Imperial colonel anda moncal. I can wear any other piece of Imperial armor, flightsuit, etc. except for the helmet. This post has nothing to do with why I cant wear a stormie helm. And though I am impresed with your vast knowledge of the authentic Imperial humanities standpoint, you really have ignored the fact that I only wanted to be able to equip my factional helmets, and not worry if I am following the Imperial rules.

Also disappointed that bugs on the MPS are still prominent from beta. None seemed to have been looked at.
All in all though a nice update to come soon looking at it.

It goes against my instinct as a nitty pack rat though! Need more lots to squirrel away more components!!

If you are refering to EnB, then that was ALL you could walk around.
Personally I think walking around space stations is a gimmick, if they can get a developer to program it in his own time then I am all for it, otherwise, I would prefer new planets, more space zones and the combat rebalance.

Collect a set with a good stat on each part...and have your local shipwright RE it into a better thing...that's why there's a "Reverse Engineering" level on each loot item. For example, you get a good damage/bad mass level 2 RE gun, and a bad damage/good mass level 2 RE gun....a shipwright can take those 2 items and get the 2 good stats into one item making a good damage/good mass gun.
When you start doing Level 5 stuff, get 1 part that's good on a single stat...collect 5 parts each with a different good stat, and RE them together...you get an item that's better than craftable. *pets his 8k mass 95.9 speed engine*
As for the AI changes from this last pub that some were commenting on, there were no changes to the AI. It's still the same AI, only faster now so it's stupidness is more pronounced.
i HOPE this means kicking their speed back to where is was before the patch.
