Its not at the test center launch pad, the NDA is on JTL beta registration page.
Step #4:
- You will be asked to agree to the Beta Terms of Use, License and Non-Disclosure Agreement (Beta Testing Of A Pre-Release Game). Without your agreement to these terms and conditions you will not be able to enter the Beta program.
