the yellow name simply means it has a bonus feature...the sockets on clothing...if it's on weapons or something that you looted though it may have a special function like a DoT.

No. A Rebel can not learn Imperial skills, nor can an Imperial learn Rebels.

Take a look at that paragraph you posted, and separte it at the word "separately". Those were two separate thoughts connected poorly. The first part answers your question. The second part is a completely different issue that seems to do with non-Imperial players (read: Neutrals) being Imperial pilots. This is me reading into it, but it sounds like neutrals may be able to participate in the space-gcw.

Hope that helps.

Space Quest Trainers will only train like-faction or neutral players. For instance, if your character is a declared 'Rebel', she will not be able to learn Imperial Piloting skills from an Imperial Space Quest Trainer, and vice-versa. Separately, if you acquire the Imperial Pilot novice skill box without being an overt Imperial (via Star Wars Galaxies' faction point system), you will not be able to learn Rebel or Privateer pilot skills until you 'Surrender' the Imperial Pilot novice skill box.

So basically they are saying a Rebel can learn Imperial piloting if they drop the Rebel piloting skills? Or nuetral can learn Imp or Rebel piloting if they drop Privateer piloting? Imps can fly Neutral ships as long as they drop Imperial piloting and go Privateer? I am not really obessed with the TIE line of fighters only in the YT-1300 but can a Rebel or Imperial fly those?

Yup, the YT-1300 is in all piloting skill trees

We long past patience. Anyone still playing this game that is a combat profession
has proven to be patient. Combat revamp anyone? No we are all just stupid. We need to just continue to be stupid, and eventually we might be visted by the old man.

I have to admit that I am hugely confused about this latest revamp to the Jedi/BH community.

Logic will tell you that if the Jedi dont play, the BH's wont either.

what else is there to do in the game?. To even have reached the level of Jedi you must have done theme parks POI's and proffesions.

After you get to the village there is more things like required proffesion mastery like Doc and Artisan in order to complete quests.

So lets say you did all this and received your now unplayable class. Now what?

What content is in the game now?

Everything in the game is set to decay/ be renewed, and set to have players craft them, from armor and weapons to housing.

Just about the only thing that doesnt decay is my robe my light saber and my visibility.

I'm not afraid to admit that im scared to play my Jedi till they change this.

I guess if they dont change it i will eventually get bored and play .. I am sure that will result in me getting owed by some anon BH, loseing 400k points and then just giveing up all together.

Even further pushing my once beloved game into the downward spiral its in.

This is my official plea.

Sony please wake up and spell the cancellations.

Only you SOE can rectify any of this.

I have dont it yet, but many others have, and its stareing me in the face.

I wont sell my Jedi, not going to put money in your pocket for the sake of putting some back in mine.

My accounts will die, as im sure my friends will too.

Will posting here help me unlock?

Hi

I'm a bit of a n00b to the forums i read more and play more than i write but today something odd happened if im right,

Doesnt tef only work for people in the jedis group and not outside of the group?

reason i ask this is because my (Bounty) was not grouped with anyone and was standing at the shuttleport

I took the shot and before my eyes the rest of the players by him became tgts also, I lost due to 4 v 1 no biggie just confused

as to what the hell happened when i died i got a tell from the one of the guys saying strange tef system as he was not grouped.

Things to answer b4 you ask forgive me if i missed anything.

1. yes I am a Imperial.

2. yes I was covert.

3 no the kedi was not overt.

4. no the jedi was definatley not in a group.

Any ideas on what could have happened?

thanx.

When you attack the jedi its not a bh tef its your factional tef so anyone who is overt can attack your and help the jedi or vice versa you just got lucky that the jedi wasnt surrounded by the opposite faction.

So my bro went to the jedi temple yesterday and done the sith missions for that sith guy.But then he said someone in his guild told him that thats where you choose what type of jedi you want to become and to go light theres a cave inside the waterfall where a rebel Jedi is hiding. He also said that inside the cave theres an Imperial Jedi.not a sith but an imperial jedi.can anyone confirm this or set me straight?
