Oh, I agree. A nerf is certainly appropriate. Just not an illogical super-nerf that punishes people for choosing a fun class. Certifications for pets is great. I could live with stat reductions (even though it makes no sense for a captive animal to be less healthy and live a shorter life than a wild one).

But permanent death is just a bit too much. If you really wanted some good discussion on this you would read the petition about it.

But rather than do that, people are so quick to say, "Oh, they got nerfed but they deserve it. It's a good punishment for having a powerful class." Blah.

I was camping up in the mountainsfor a few days north of Kor Vella, (hanging out in the mountains with full detail on is really cool!) taking ore samples for use on weapon powerups, and I came acrossthe mostspectacular creature. It was called a sharnaff bull. It was bigger than a humbaba, and had a big fin on his head and green and white tiger stripes! I think I might change professions to CH. Is it possible to tame one of these guys? I did not see a baby. The males are much bigger than the females.

Do they look anything like this? (click the link )

If so, I think I recall seeing a (baby) or two of these on their native moon, the forest moon of Endor.

Why would it look like that? I just got done saying it was the same skin as a Ronto.

Because I was in the middle of posting, and uploading the picture, and obviously I clicked "submit post" after you did, Mr. Smart-ass.

I've never seen a Sharnaff baby in the wild but I did see a Wookie handler at the Coronet cantina with one in about the second or third week of the game. May just be insanely rare.

if you could manage to get a mission or a lair for em you might find a baby if you wack the lair a few times t oget it spawning.

To Upgrade something implies that you are adding too, enhancing, and fixing the thing that you are upgrading. The CU does not do this, it is not adding too, enhancing, or fixing the combat system that is in place, it is replacing the innovative SWG system with the generic one used by its competitors. Be honest and stop calling it the CU, Call it the CR (combat replacement) instead

There was a lair, it looked like a trash heap. So when you guys say that the same skins are used, do you mean different mesh with same skin? or different skin with the same mesh? or just exactly the same creature altogether with a different name?

Sharnaffs are indeed impressive creatures. I saw a lot of them in beta, but precious few in release.

I saw a post in "The Big List" saying that you lose your tailor 2 & 3 colors when you become master! Is this true?! What colors can you use as master? The tailor 2&3 colors are some of the best ones out there right now (impatiently waiting for the missing ones to return). Lots of my customers like the tailor 3 blue, I really hope I don't lose this. Any information appreciated. Thanks.

Hmm...I'm a master tailor but I haven't noticed that I lost colors. I have a rather large palatte now.
