Oh so now it's you get the same amount of xp but split between the 2 pets?

Yes.

So there is no advantage to having two creatures out at once as far as XP goes. There are of course tactical benefits that are intangible from an XP standpoint.

Tazz vonMannstein Baron-Administrator of Corellia, master navigator of Corellia, captain of the Gregarious Gurreck

Sio Babble MBH/MCH/Cabana Boy; master of Tyson, the GNORT OF DEATH

Jeffn Akbar Nerfed from here to Lok MD/MCM

Zanti Agaesia Bothan MBE, 12 point Master Chef, Havoc Squadron Ace pilot

It was sad to see the double exp per pet thing go... took me LONG enough to reach master CH... that was before they took away the double exp... now theroretcly it will take twice as long and twice the bordom...

Yes. I can attest to the twice the boredom. I'm at 3334 and I'm about ready to drop it. My goal was to train mounts, and I've done that. But I feel like I should master it since I'm so close, but I'm so BORED! AGGGH! I shouldn't be bored in a video game, or feel like I "should" do something in a game that is no longer fun. *sigh*

I had a Force sensitive character, with 23 and a half boxes ground out.
I had a master creature handler.
I had a high lvl crafter character.
I had a Bounty Hunter that I hunted PC Jedi with.

My game is dead.

Wow, why does this profession catch so much s h i t from the devs? I nearly mastered this prof many times, but now I want to master it and now it's going to take much longer. I was hoping mch would help in pve soloing tough npc's.

What does it mean when you get the message "the shock levels are significantly reduceing your medicines effectiveness"?

It means that the patient has a high level of Battle Fatigue. BF will significantly reduce how much you can heal for, so you should make sure they run off to the Cantine to get it healed up before coming to see you for physical healing.

Is Master Marksman worth having if you are going Master Rifleman, or are the points best spent in other areas,

Thanks.

The only value about getting master marksman along MRM is getting a +5 Rifle Speed mod which seriously increased your rate of fire with a slow rifle like a T21.

Of course this can be compensate more easily with rifle speed attachments that would safe you many skill points.

IMO all you need besides what isrequired from the Marksman profession is probably the /suppressionfire combat moves to have a posture-down attack.
